70 -- MILLENNIUM TESTING SOL RFP-HCFA-0026/DTB POC Donald T. Bolster The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to procure on a sole source basis with Computer of America a reinstatement of second copies of M204 software license to support 'Millennium' testing. HCFA intends to extend the current contract for an additional two years through May 31, 2000. This is proprietary software available from Computer Corporation of America. Responses must indicate whether offering is available under GSA Schedule, and if so include a copy of the applicable schedule. If not available under schedule, the response must provide sufficient costing and technical information to permit comparison with Computer Corporation of America products. All costs must identified. Responses which merely offer a solution to meet the government's requirements of this notice will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the FAR. If no responses are received which meet the requirements at a lower cost to the government, a modification will be placed with the Computer Corporation of America.
