Services include but are not limited to taking and processing various radiographs including panorex, periapical and bite-wing exposures; performing sterilization, disinfection, and sanitation tasks; record keeping and documentation of dental procedures; chair side assisting; and summoning and seating patients for appointments. The provider must have valid credentials to provide services in at least one state of the United States and received their complete Hepatitis B vaccination series. A substitute dental assistant must be provided if the primary dental assistant cannot provide services. Services will be required for a base period not to exceed twelve months, with four one-year option periods. The estimated quantity for this contract is 5 six-hour sessions per week.
