The United State Postal Service intends to award a negotiated guaranteed maximum price contract to design and renovate the existing Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC -- LaSalle Building) and construct parking lot in New York (Bronx), New York. The project consists of extensive renovations to an existing 330,000 square foot building, mechanization, and converting nearby vacant site to an employee parking lot. The estimated cost range is between $26,000.000 and $36,000,000. Total period of design and construction of this project will be 510 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
