The Navy requires various quantities of three separate line items. Item 0001 will be a minimum quantity 75 each, maximum quantity 950 each Power-4B/166-32 VME processor card upgrades. The cards were manufactured by VI Computer of Encinitas, CA. Item 0002 will be a minimum quantity of 405 each, maximum quantity of 705 each Power-B processor boards. Item 0003 will be a minimum quantity of 10 each, maximum quantity of 85 each memory mezzanine modules. The technical requirements will be listed in the NSWC Crane performance specification. Other requirements will be included in the solicitation. Negotiations will be on a sole source basis with VI Computer of Encinitas, CA for all three line items.
