DESC: The government intends to procure the following requirement as a sole source acquisition from Network Intelligence Systems, P.O. Box 23557, Pleasant Hill CA 94523-0557: a Network Monitoring System (P/N: NI-LAN), Removable Drive Option, and System Maintenance Agreement for the first year. This procurement will ensure the operability and security integrity of base-wide network servers. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. This award will be issued on the basis of other than full and open competition, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 as stated requirements can only be satisfied by the manufacturer of these items.
