The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to award a sole-source modification to its existing contract with the Applied Science and Technology, Inc., 35 Cabot Road, Woburn, MA 01801, MDA972-95-C-0026, for the purpose of concluding R&D associated with DARPA's Diamond Substrates Program. This additional work will extend the use of the diamond substrates developed in the power regulator unit of the F22 EW array. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
