Provide architect/engineer services for the preparation of contract drawings, specifications, cost estimates and complete construction period services for the design of multiple projects. Project will encompass all construction disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, control systems and fire safety areas. The facilities for design will include both the John Dingell Detroit Veterans Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan and the VA Medical Center in Allen Park, Michigan. Delivery orders will be issued for specific projects on an as-needed basis. Typically, each order will not exceed $50,000 and total of all orders shall not exceed $250,000.00. Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, with the Government having the option to extend for two (2) additional years, subject to the availability of funds.
