This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. F26600 97Q0881 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Solicitation is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The SIC for this solicitation is 7532, utilizing the size standard in FAR 19 under Standard Industrial Code 7532. Item description as follows; Nonpersonal service to refurbish three 48 passenger Eagle Coach touring busses and two 48 passenger MCI touring busses. Site visit for inspection of the busses will be scheduled on 17 Sep 97, at Nellis AFB, NV. 1) Eagle Coaches refurbishment consist of the following per each bus: reupholstering48 High Bucket (headrest) seats in Deep Blue cloth material. Tint fourteen (14) 4 feet X 2 feet windows with 15 percent tinting material. 2) MCI Touring busses refurbishment consist of the following per each bus: reupholstering 48 High Bucket (headrest) seats in Deep Blue cloth material, tinting fourteen (14) 4 feet X 2 Feet windows with 15 percent tinting material, and painting side panels approximately 3 feet wide and painting rear window black. Quotations are due on or before 19 Sep 97 3:00 PM PST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46.
