Catchment area are Texas Counties of Mitchell, Terry, Callahan, Taylor, Ector, Nolan, Midland, Howard, Lubbock, Eastland, Scurry, Kerr, Ward, Coke, Tom Green, Andrews, Pecos, Reeves, Crockett, Brewster, Upton, Dawson, Gainers, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Stonewall, and Cochran. Also the Counties of Lea and Eddy in the state of New Mexico. Contractor will provide medical gases, related supplies, equipment maintenance, routine checks, repairs, parts, loaner equipment, follow up visits, installation, and back up system. Contractor must have current certificate of accreditation by JCAHO. Contract is from date of award through September 30, 1998 (pending availability of FY 98 funding), with option to renew 2-1 year periods. Solicitation will be available on/a September 22, 1997.
