Security Guard Services for floors 6, 7, 9-13 of the Fountain Place Building located at 1445 Ross Avenue, Dallas, TX 75202. Period of Performance is anticipated to be October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. Each contractor personnel must be a licensed security officer through the State Private Investigator Board. Licenses must be kept current throughout the life of the purchase order. Regular hours of service will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm continuously with the exception of federally recognized holidays. The contractor will be unarmed and in uniform (blazer/slacks, shirt and tie) to match courtesy pratol officers assigned to Fountain Place Building. (0248)
