This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, Federal Acquisition Circular 90-43, December 20 1996, as required. Standard Industrial Classification is 7389. This project will be procured using Commercial Item Procedures. The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, tools, material, equipment and transportation necessary to relocate Rubb storage facility, location number 1513 from Charleston Naval Base, Charleston SC, to DRMO Jackson, Fort Jackson, Columbis SC. The Rubb storage facility is approximately 39.4' wide by 230' long. This requirement is priced in three line items, only one award will be made a s a result of this requirement. Services shall include: (0001) Disassembly of Rubb storage facility at Charleston Naval Base, Charleston SC, prepare for shipment to DRMO Jackson. (0002) Re-assemble Rubb storage facility at DRMO Jackson, provide and install earth anchors with foundation in existing asphalt surface and patch asphalt drill holes. (0003) Transportation of facility from Charleston Naval Station, Charleston SC to DRMO Jackson, Fort Jackson, Columbis SC. The performance period is 30 calendar days from date of award to delivery and set-up at DRMO Jackson, Fort Jackson in Columbis SC.
