Drain the existing stel AFFF foam tanks, approximately 2000 gallons, into approved containers and dispose of the foam solution at an approved disposal site. Disconnect the piping to the the tanks and remove the old AFFF stora ge tanks. Dispose of the old tanks at an approved disposal site. Install two new 2000 gallon capacity poly storage tanks.
