Replace Exterior/Interior Doors, Capehart Family Housing -- This project includes all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and performance necessary for the removal and replacement of exterior/interior doors. Contractor will be required to replace the exterior doors and patio doors with insulated steel doors and insulated sliding doors. Replacement of existing interior doors and bi-fold doors with wooden doors and bi-fold doors. Contractor is required to install new hardware with all doors. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Anticipated issuance date for Solicitation F14614-98-B0001 is 26 Sep 97. Tentative bid opening date is 27 Oct 97. Performance period is 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1521. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
