The standard industrial code is 5084, and the business size standard is 100 employees. This requirement is for four (4) mobile yard ramps, Air Spring Model Number SA-259636-LG or equal. Delivery is desired within 60 days after contract award. Deliveries (1 each) shall be FOB Destination to: Allentown, PA 18103, Connellsville, PA 15425, Ft. Knox, KY 40121, and San Antonio, TX 78219 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items applies to the acquisition.
