The standard industrial classification is 2452 and the small business size standard is 500 persons. This procurement will consist of 1 line item, 2 each-Travel Trailers. No carpet at all. Twin beds-rear option. Large LP gas/electric refrigerators, 2-door. Double sinks with covers. Dual axle with axle turned for more clearance. Systems monitor panel. Front hide-a-bed (not gaucho), 86 inch minimum. High performance water heater, 6 gallon minimum. Stabilizer jacks, front and rear. Spare tire, spare tire carrier and spare tire cover. Safety glass. 2 propane tanks, large capacity. Smoke detector. Sewer hose, water hose, electrical adapter. Four burner cook stove (propane) with oven. Large fresh water tank (50 gallon or largest available). Heavy duty water pump. Porch light. Small table 4 feet by 3 feet between sofabed and kitchen sink or dining table.
