FISC Acquisition Group Norfolk intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis, 1 ea Navisailor 2400, p/n 2400NT; 1 ea Video Amp, p/n P2/DA4; 3 ea svga male to male cable, p/n 6 ft; 1 ea svga male to male cable, p/n 15 ft; 1 ea Furuno radar, p/n FR8051/4; 1 ea Raytheon Tridata, p/n ST-50W/trans; 2 ea Furuno GPS, p/n GP-80; 5 ea Ritchie magnetic compass, p/n SS-5000; 1 ea Military fluxgate compass KVH, p/n MV103AC; 1 ea Datamarine Digital depth sounder. P/n LINK 3500; 1 ea Depth sounder remote display, p/n D3510; 1 ea Transducer, p/n DX215; 1 ea Furuno color video sounder, p/n FCV-667; 1 ea Dual frequency transducer, p/n 50/200. Award of a firm fixed price contract on a brand name or equal basis is contemplated. Proposals received shall specify FOB Destination, Norfolk, VA. Offers other than FOB Destination shall be ineligible for award. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1. Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, 52.212-2eval-Commercial Items: The Govt intends to make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the minimum technical requirements and submits the lowest overall price. Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offereror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, offers to the overall lowest price to the Govt. The Govt reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced offeror.
