This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Main Controllers for ACS-1 EA per Building. Installation, training, programming, testing, certification & check out shall be included. Access control system must be capable of handling multiple workstations, integral video badging, integral CCTV system control, break-through alarms, data import/export, graphical user interface (GUI), remote site dial-up, on-screen prompts, operator passwords, alarm response messages, operator action messages, cardholder trace, anti-passback capabilities, and event-activated outputs. Minimum capabilities to handle 5000 cardholders and 200 readers. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East Tenth Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section, Bldg. 60F. Acceptance at same location. Delivery by 10/30/97.
