70 -- FULL SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT ON NF8540 AND DATAJET/8 SOL 98-0002 DUE 092997 POC Point of Contact -- Ethel L. Johnson, (254) 288-9727, FAX (254) 288-1018, Procurement Specialist Maden Tech Consulting, Inc. as the prime contractor for the U.S. Army Test and Experimentation Command (TEXCOM), Texcom Data Center, intents to obtain from Critical Network Technologies, Inc. a firm fixed price for one year software and maintenance full service support for the Netframe communications. This software supports the S, T, and Q drives along with the Netframe hardware (NF8540 and DataJET/8) associated with the LAN system. Period of performance will be 1 October 97 -- 30 September 98. Negotiations will be conducted with Critical Network Technologies, Inc. on an other than full and open competition basis. Full service support shall include all modifications, updates and enhancements supported by Critical Network Technologies, Inc. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements. To be considered an affirmative response, vendors must submit data to demonstrate their ability to design and implement the required changes to the Critical Network Technologies, Inc. A determination by the Contractor not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the contractor. No collect calls request accepted.
