The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CHMS) intends to negotiate with Project Hope, 7800 Old Georgetown Road, Suite 600, Bethesda, Maryland 20814. The Contractor is to publish three (3) to four (4) SAMHSA articles on Managed Care in the Health Affairs Journal. This publication is a widely circulated, peer-reviewed professional journal that specializes in timely, policy relevant research. This award will be made using simplified acquisitions procedures. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substanting their capability to furnish this requirement within fiften (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.
