This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F19650-97-Q-8032) is being issued as a Request for Quotation(RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-46 dated 97MAR17. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The services to be provided are as follows: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide Pager Services as follows: CLIN 0001 -- 238 Digital Pagers and Services, CLIN 0002 -- 72 Digital Full Nationwide Pagers and Services, CLIN 0003 -- 105 Alphanumeric Pagers and Services, CLIN 0004 -- 25 Alphanumeric Full Nationwide Pagers and Services, CLIN 0005 -- (800) Message Services for 50 Pagers. This solicitation includes one basic year and 3 option years. Contractors responding to this solicitation shall provide quotations for all of the above CLINS for each year as follows: the Basic Year Fiscal Year 1998, Option Year One Fiscal Year 1999, Option Year Two Fiscal Year 2000, and Option Year Three Fiscal Year 2001. Quotations that do not include prices for all options may be determined to be non-responsive. Prices should be per pager, per month.
