Contract period is for a base year (11 months) beginning October 31, 1997 through September 30, 1998; and two options years (12 months). The contract will provide services to approximately 3850 employees and their dependants. The services to be provided include intake counseling, referral, follow-up, and crisis counseling on virtually any type of personal problem.
