Martin (806) 324-2626 fax (806) 324-2633 Provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor, and material to perform acoustic emission testing and ultrasonic testing of at least one (10-cylinder) gaseous helium semitrailer; at least one (12-cylinder) gaseous helium semitrailer; and an estimated 14 (30-cylinder) gaseous helium rail cars for the Bureau of Land Management, Helium Operations, Amarillo, Texas. Testing to be performed at the Exell Helium Plant, located approximately 35 miles north of Amarillo, Texas on Highway 287 and 1 mile west. Testing shall commence on October 20, 1997.
