This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. F26600 97Q8211 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Solicitation is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The SIC for this solicitation is 7378, utilizing the size standard in FAR 19 under Standard Industrial Code 8071 and the size standard is 500 personnel. Quotations are due on or before 22 Sep 97 2:00 PM PST. Item description as follows: Nonpersonal service to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of dual head ADAC Laboratories GENSYS/PEGASYS 10 tm Imaging System. System consist of Vertex Plus (Auto), (2) Pegasys 20, (2) 20" Monitors, Archiever, Ivy gate, and UPS 8.0. Maintenance agreement to include, but is not limited to the following; (2) preventive maintenance inspections for the year, unlimited clinical and technical phone support, software updates, 1 hour telephone response to customer calls, 24 hour engineer response to service calls, and system performance must comply with the Bureau of Radiological Health and the Joint Commission of the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. All responsible sources may identify their ability to meet the subject requirements by addressing their technical capabilities, hardware/software compatability with those of the GENESYS/PEGASYS Imaging system. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46.
