Solicitations will be mailed to requestors on or about September 12, 1997. Firms who have already e-mailed requesting an "equipment listing" will automatically receive an SFO and need not send another request. All other changes in content and scope will appear in the printed and mailed SFO. A synopsis of the changes are that pricing will be requested in hourly rather than annual costs and the service area will include all VA facilities in the Hawaiian Islands which are under our jurisdiction.
