This solicitation will now be prepared as an SFO for mailing to interested firms. Requests for the Solicitation should be sent via mail, FAX (808) 566-1898, or E-mail to the Contracting Officer. Solicitations will be mailed to requestors on or about September 12, 1997. Firms who have already e-mailed requesting an "equipment listing" will automatically receive an SFO and need not send another request. Offers will be due back to the contracting officer no later than 3:00 PM local Hawaiian time on October 10, 1997. All other changes in content and scope will appear in the printed and mailed SFO. A synopsis of the changes are that pricing will be requested in hourly rather than annual costs and the service area will include all VA facilities in the Hawaiian Islands which are under our jurisdiction.
