J -- ETHYLENE OXIDE GAS STERILIZER SOL N00168-98-Q-3D04 DUE 091997 POC Ms. Tracy Holland, Contracting Officer (301) 295-6490 National Naval Medical Center intends to enter into a sole source contract with Getinge/Castle, Inc for maintenance on the ethylene oxide gas sterilizers, aerators, automatic washer decontaminators and steam vacuum sterilizers. The period of performance will be 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998. This system is located in the Sterile Processing Department at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. The contract will cover four (4) maintenance inspections, to nclude parts, labor, travel and all emergency service calls. All responsible sources may submit an capabilities statement which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed maintenance contract is solely with in the discretion of the Government.
