L -- ENGINEERING AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT/SERVICES FOR THE E-4B AIRCRAFT. SOL 97-739-4455 POC OC-ALC/LADBB, Attn: Jeff Strellar, 405-739-4455 Potential Sources Sought. This is not a request for proposal. OC-ALC has a requirement to obtain engineering and program management support/services for the E-4B aircraft. Contractor must have knowledge and be able to demonstrate extensive prior experience with the E-4B aircraft. The contractor must have significant technical knowledge on the Message Processing System (MPS) and how the system operates and interfaces with other E-4 communication systems. The contractor's prior experience shall also include demonstrated experience with the Super High Frequency (SHF) system. Contractor must be able to provide unbiased analyses and engineering support to predict and resolve technical difficulties when they arise during E-4 developmental programs, studies, installation, or from E-4 currently fielded systems. Knowledge on E-4 avionics and communications as well as future avionics and communications requirements is a must. Contractor must have an experienced E-4 staff available to respond to inquiries within the specified time of the inquiry. An Organizational Conflict of Interest Clause will be included in any contract award.
