The Operational Contracting Division, Services Branch, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Services to include: with or without cytology, with or without cytology and biopsy, with or without cytology and forign body removal, with or without cytology and polypectomy by HBF/bipolar cautery, with or without cytology and polypectomy by snare, with or without cytology and laser tumor ablation. Contractors shall provide services within 30 miles of Hanscom AFB, MA. Contractor Personnel shall be Liscenced and Board Certified. This RFQ will include one basic year and 4 option years.
