Transportation is required Monday thru Friday for applicant processing at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), 8310 Vicar Drive, San Antonio TX. MEPS medical personnel will call for transportation as required from MEPS to destination. Applicants shall call for returning transportation to MEPS as required after medial consultation is completed. a 15 minute response time is required. Destinations: Brooke Army Medical Center, Bldg 3600 or Bldg 1279, Ft Sam Houston, TX; University Of Texas Health Science Center, 7703 Floyd curl Dr, San Antonio Tx; Judson Medical Clinic, 12413 Judson Road, Ste 210, San Antonio TX; Medical Clinic 3646 Culebra, San Antonio TX; Randolph Medical Clinic, Randolph AFB; University Hospital, 4502 Medical Drive, San Antonio TX; and other destinations as required. Cost will be based on per trip one way on the first two persons.
