Sullivan, Contracting Officer, 870/543-7271 Z -- Remove all existing gravel, membrane, cant strips, rigid insulation, expansion joints, base flashings and any other items shown on the drawings. In addition, completely remove all nails and other debris to leave a smooth, even surface for re-roofing. Contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment and materials fabricate and install the following: Edge strip and flashing, countreflashings over bituminous base flashing, counterflashings for roof accessories, counterflashings at roof mounted equipment and vent stacks, base flashing coverings, expansion joint and area divider covers, fascia and edge metal, counterflashings at walls and penetrations, lead flashing for bituminous membranes and any other components necessary to the re-roofing of buildings 53 and 54. There will be a non-refundable charge of $30.00 for copies of the solicitation and specifications. Please make checks payable to the Food & Drug Administration, note solicitation number on check.
