In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for repair of the following items. The oxygen reducer and cylinder assembly on the B1B aircraft supplies breathing oxygen to the crew members if a failure occurs in the primary oxygen system. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists. The Air Force does not possess data necessary for above repair.
