Manufacturing, Testing, and Packaging of Propulsion Shaft Sleeves used on Coast Guard Vessels of various classes in accordance with Specification Number 026-P-243-85 dated 4/91. They range in size from a few inches to several feet in diameter and less than a foot to six or more feet long. Sleeves shall be casted in accordance with Specification No. ASTM-B-369-93 using UNS Alloy C96400, centrifugal casting, rotating mold only. Various quantities required. Delivery shall be required within 75 to 90 calendar days after receipt of a delivery order. Delivery to be F.O.B. Destination to USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Warehouse Annex, 6751 Alexander Bell Drive, Columbia, MD 21046-2102. Period of Performance is twelve (12) months after contract award. The proposed contract is for one (1) basic year and four (4) one year renewable options. See Numbered Notes 1 and 26.
