In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for repair/overhaul of the following items. Appl F-16C/D aircraft. The above electromechanical items comprise portions of the aircraft environmental control system (ECS) that provides cooling air to crew and avionics equipment onboard the aircraft. The components provide optimum bleed air source selection, mass air flow rate sensing and control, temperature control, and digital electrical indications and processing. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists. The Air Force does not possess data necessary for above repair/overhaul.
