Wood sealer, 40 gal. **POLES: Poles shall meet the physical requirements of ANSI Standard 05.1 and the supplemental requirements of AWPA C23. Poles shall be "No 1" Grade Coastal Douglas Fir, and be grade stamped or mill certified per Western Wood Products Association (WWPA) or West Coast Lumber Inspection Bureau (WCLIB) Grading Rules. Poles shall have a minimum diameter of 12 feet top diameter. Poles shall be pressure treated with ACZA according to the American wood Preservers' Association (AWPA) Standard C23 and P5 to retain 0.60 pounds of preservative per cubic foot. LUMBER: All lumber, except cedar, shall be "No. 1" Grade, rough-cut Coastal Douglas Fir, and be grade stamped or mill certified per WWPA or WCLIB Grading Rules. Lumber shall be pressure treated with ACZA according to the AWPA standard C2 and P5 to retain 0.40 pounds of preservative per cubic foot. CEDAR: All Cedar, except the 2" X 4" X 10'-0" spindles, shall be western red cedar, industrial clear, "C" grade, per Section 149-C or Section 150-C of the Standard Grading Rules for west coast lumber. The 2" X 4" X 10'-0" spindles shall be "C" grade, kiln-dried, S4S. WOOD SEALER: Wood sealer shall be equal to Beur's Natural Seal PWS waterproofing. color shall be NWF clear. HARDWARE: All hardware shall be hot-dipped galvanized. NOTE: Flat washers shall be 3/8" X 2" O.D. galvanized steel fender/plaster washers. Thickness shall be 0.080 inches. The quotation may contain up to a 10% material contingency.
