Fabrication will be in accordance with Watkins-Johnson drawing number 432531 (132 each of dash 003; 22 each of dash 003 and 22 each of dash 002). A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3357 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. Delivery is required FOB NAVSURFWARCENDIV, Crane, IN, 90 days after contract award. This requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose quotation is the most advantageous to the Government. The responses will be evaluated on the following factors: Past performance for the same/similar items and price. The contractor shall provide past performance with other Government Agencies, public or local Government for the past three years.
