Vann, (505) 846-4597, FAX (505) 846-5152 The Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP), Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM, will conduct a Long Range Air Launch Targets (LRALT) Industry Briefing and Bidders Discussion on Sep 29 and 30, 1997 at the Phillips Lab Conference center at Kirtland AFB. The government's intention is to provide final updated information to potential bidders prior to the release of the LRALT RFP. The Industry Briefing is open to any prospective bidder and will include current information on the LRALT Program procurement. Recent technical and programmatic developments supporting the planned release of the RFP will be discussed. The meeting will start at 1 pm on 29 Sep and is limited in attendance to 4 persons from each company. The meeting is unclassified and will last approximately three hours, followed by a one hour, open forum, question and answer period. On 30 Sep the government is setting aside 1 hr blocks of time for individual sessions which will allow each prospective bidder the opportunity to ask questions or provide information that they feel may be proprietary. In addition, a bidders library of pertinent information will be available for Contractor review on both days. Each Contractor will have sole access to the library for up to two hours of review with no more than four persons. Note taking is permissible but no copies of any document will be allowed.
