The purpose of this requirement is to produce a report on Hispanic/Latino interest in and response to health promotion and disease prevention messages delivered through Spanish language media. This award will be made using simplified acquisitions procedures. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substanting their capability to furnish this requirement within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.
