reserved for the competitive 8(a) program. The Air Force Medical
Logistic Office VA Special Services requires services of firm/s to
provide accurate Computer Aided Design (CAD), architectural floor plans
which will (a) be used for space planning, long-term project planning,
and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) data records, i.e. the
Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support Automated Information System
Facilities Management (DMLSS-AIS-FM) Module; (b) be used as the
foundation for future work under various tasks orders, such as:
additional layering of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gases,
new construction and remodeling drawings; maintenance of all record
drawings and facility, equipment, and CAFM data records. This statement
of work outlines multiple tasks and associated sub-tasks that can each
be exercised individually to accommodate the needs of a particular
site. The resultant contract is intended for use by the United States
Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, and the Department of Veterans Affairs
(VA). We appreciate your participation in this part of the
Government's continuing effort to best provide the best
telecommunications services to Government users. All qualified 8(a)
firms are invited to submit to this office SF 254 and SF 255 for
evaluation by our facility management team no later than October 3,
1997 addressing the following minimum criteria: I. Team Proposed For
