The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCA, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to procure a firm fixed-price, sole source contract with NLETS, Inc., 2930 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016, to provide nonpersonal services to receive and dispatch law enforcement messages over a controlled access, self-authenticating network for HQ Air Force Office of Special Investigations at Bolling AFB, DC. Network is required 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Service must provide for exchange of information to include storage and receipt and forwarding of hard copies from each of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and various law enforcement agencies. The following types of information requires access (1) criminal history checks; (2) vehicle registration; (3) Air Force Member Check; and (4) National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Check.
