This is a market survey to gather availability, capability and interest in provision of the following services: Cable television (CATV) services (wired and/or wireless) for Fort Riley, KS to include the right to enter the installation and thereon to construct, to install, and to maintain facilities and equipment; to utilize specified Government Property; and to solicit subscribers (appropriated and nonappropriated fund activities and individual subscribers) for the sole purpose of providing the services of a CATV system. Programming may include a mix of network, public and independent stations, supplemented by special services and premium programming which is representative of the best available or preferred choices. Interested firms with the ability to provide this type of service are encouraged to submit a WRITTEN statement. ORAL RESPONSES WILL NOT bE ACCEPTED.
