Synopsis/solicitation is amended to clarify Contract Requirements as follows: The Department of Energy seeks a Board Certified Psychiatrist in lieu of a licensed clinical psychologist. Item 3: (Drug Screen) -- "A drug or any substance listed in the Schedule of Controlled Substances established pursuant to Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act of 1970 (such as marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, barbiturates, narcotics, etc.) except as prescribed or administered by a physician licensed to dispense drugs in the practice of medicine, or as otherwise authorized by law." Evaluations will consist of the following: 1. Examination (Est 1 & 1/2 hrs. per exam); 2. Case review (Est 3 hrs. per exam); 3. Psychological testing battery to include the following tests as necessary: Psychological and social history, drug screen, MMPI, Alcohol use index, Beck Depression Scale (Est 1hr.); 4. Review records and provide psychiatric report (Est 3 hrs.); 6. Expert Testimony (Est 4 hrs). Proposals will be evaluatedon the basis of lowest hourly rate on items 1 through 6.
