The proposed work consist of furnishing all labor, material, supplies, transportation, supervision and other incidentals necessary to provide refuse collection and disposal services for government installations (offices, schools, and housing areas) under BIA-Navajo Area in the States of Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. This requirement has a Basic Year with Second Year and Third Year Options. The option years are subject to contractor's first year performance and availability of appropriated funding for option years. Failure by the Contractor to submit a plan for doing so prior to award and implement same after award shall be sufficient reason for non-award for termination of the contract for default.
