The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) will issue a commercial item solicitation for lease, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment; and installation of software to establish at least two computer training rooms in Parkersburg, West Virginia. A one-hour response time is required for repair of equipment. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for these services. The period of performance of this contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods.
