0030 for ten (10) each gate, personnel, single swing, 4'- 0" wide x 8'-0" high, gate frame shall be fabricated from 2" o.d. pipe schedule 40, with truss rod assembly and welded construction, all welds shall be touched up after fabrication with galvanization, gate shall be provided with 2 industrial type hinges size 3" x 2" and forked industrial latch capable of receiving a padlock, unlockable from both sides, gate posts are not part of this item; This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to make award of the initial offer received without discussions.
