Potential sources sought to provide an automated horizontal slide processing system. System should be compatible with currently available reagents for the staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, frozen sections, cytospins, cell smears and fine needle aspirates. Unit must have certain breast markers for ER/RP, estrogen and progesterone receptors. The system must provide a bridge between immunohistochemistry stain and fluorescentimetry. Vendor must be willing to bear all transportation costs for an evaluation period of proposed system. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
