A -- EVALUATION OF THE MEDICAID REFORM DEMONSTRATION POC Equilla Allen, Contract Specialist 410-786-5150 The Health Care Financing Administration intends to negotiate a modification with the Urban Institute, 2100 M Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20037 under Contract No. 500-95-0040 for the Evaluation of the Medicaid Reform Demonstration. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 the Health Care Financing Administration intends to negotiate with Urban Institute to expand the Statement of Work (SOW) to focus more intensely on the impact of managed care on the delivery of mental health and substance abuse services to Medicaid recipients. The additional work will involve applying the research issues and questions covered under the current SOW to users of mental health and substance abuse services and the organizations that provide these services.
