C -- ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES SOL R5-97-27 DUE 101697 POC Contact, Cookie Washington, 415-705-2878; Contracting Officer, Dave Allasia, 415-705-2787; additional contact, Sheila Georges 415-705-2829 USDA -- Forest Service plans to award four (4) indefinite delivery contracts as follows: one for Architectural services; one for Drafting; one for Mechanical Engineering, and one for Structural Engineering. Purpose of the drafting contract will for supplemental assistance in producing architectural construction drawings, as needed. The other contracts may require field investigations, studies, reports, lifecycle cost analysis, construction cost estimates, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, design, and product research. The contract will be awarded for one year, with two, one year Government options to renew, depending on availability of funds and contractor performance. Minimum guarantee for each contract period will be S2,000; maximum of S100,000. In addition to criteria listed in Note 24, special criteria include: (6) in-house AutoCAD capability, and (7) firm must be dominciled in any of the following State of California counties: San Francisco, Contra Costa, Alameda, Marin or Solano.
