This procurement will be a negotiated, technically acceptable low cost acquisition based on full and open competition. The initial award will be for a two-month mobilization period followed by two (2) months of COMS, four (4) one-year options, a six (6) month option and a two-month transition option. Mobilization Date is 01 Jun 1998 and Contractor Support Date is 01 Aug 1998. It is anticipated that the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) N61339-97-R-0029 will be posted to the INTERNET on or about 14 November 1997.
