The purpose of this modification is to re-establlish the issue date. Performance will begin 1 April 1998 -- 30 Sep 1998 with four 12 month options periods. Solicitation will be issued o/a 7 Oct 97 with proposal due date o/a 7 Nov 97. The preproposal conference and site visit is tentatively set for 23 Oct 97 at 9:00 a.m. This acquistion will be solicited using FAR Part 15, negotiated procedures. Performance-Price Trade Off evaluation procedures will be used. Only WRITTEN REQUESTS for solicitations packages will be accepted.
