The project also includes supplying Electrical Control Panels, Spare Parts, and the Services of a Skilled Craftsman, and the following inspections: Government directed QA, Radiographic Weld, Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle. The work shall commence within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt of a signed contract. Delivery shall be no later than April 1, 1998 (April 1, 1999 and September 30, 1999 for optional items).
